However, what stood out to me was how the Sunmax Solar team handled our concerns. They never ignored our questions and were always willing to explain and provide support whenever needed.
Not every project goes perfectly according to expectations, but I appreciate that they stayed committed even after the installation was completed. Their after-sales service is probably one of their strongest points. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely make an effort to help their customers.
Overall, while there were a few things I wished had turned out differently, the support and dedication of their team made a big difference. For that reason, I would still rate them 4/5 and recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their work.
